| ARPATECH provides Health Care support in collaboration with New American Life Insurance Company (ALICO) via a comprehensive healthcare plan that covers medical emergencies and needs for employees and their spouse which includes hospital accommodation, nursing care, diagnostic, laboratory services, operation theater charges, intensive care unit (ICU) charges, specialist consultations visits, day care surgeries, maternity expenditures and medications as well as other medically necessary facilities and services. |

| Education Fund and Support |
We at ARPATECH are aware of the importance of education, and being mindful about exorbitant education expenses provide financial support for our Support Staff's children. We strongly feel about equipping our future generations with an everlasting asset that we can give them today - that is - Education.
For Support Staff with families ARPATECH offers the following two programs:
Support Staff Children School Fee Program:
Education is a primary concern of Arpatech, whether that is in the form of hiring the best education and enlightened candidates or in the form of contributing back to the society by enabling our Support Staff to send their children to schools. Arpatech finances the full-tuition for children of Support Staff throughout their Primary and Secondary education years on monthly basis.
Support Staff Children Bi-Yearly Scholarship Program:
Another part of the Education fund is the Bi Monthly Scholarship Program, where every six months our permanent Support Staff get a stipend for the education related expenses of their children, for example the expenses of school bags, uniform, shoes, books etc. The amount is calculated by approximating the market price of these commodities and their usage-life and is paid to full time students from Pre-Primary till the completion of their Bachelor Degree.

| Accidental Death Coverage and Life Insurance |
| We at ARPATECH care for employees and their families. We provide life insurance and Accidental Death Benefits through ALICO and CHARTIS. The accidental cover also provides several categories of benefits for disabilities and injuries due to any unfortunate incident.This enables an employee to protect their family and dependents from sudden financial pressures due to an unforeseen event. This provides all our employees with a tremendous comfort that their families will be supported in the event that an employee is unable to perform his or her duties. |
