ARPATECH has a 401K plan in which the employees and the company contribute to an individually held fund. The employee then earns into this fund over the course of their tenure investing into allocations by the company every year. 25% first year, 50% second year, 75% third year with full investment in year 4. Employee Development and Recognition Programs
As part of ARPATECH’s policy of linking rewards to individual contribution, it has several award programs and performance incentives to encourage and motivate employees. Stock Options
For key employees ARPATECH will offer the opportunity to become a strategic partner through the allocation of stock options. The stock option program enables an employee to earn a direct share/ownership in the organization through the process of being allocated stock-options within ARPATECH at no cost to the employee. Employees can cash in their stock options at the point of investment depending on their own trading strategies.
