| 3 Day In-house Training on ITIL Foundation v3 at Arpatech |
The first in-house training of the year was held at the First Floor, HQ, on the 10, 11 & 12 Feb, 2010. The training was conducted by Arpatech’s employee Raheel Siddiqui who is trained professionally on ITIL Foundation v3.
The training was split into two sessions per day and at the end of each session was conducted a small evaluation test. Feedback forms were also given to all the employees along with the training material so that they could put in their feedback at the end of the each day of the training.
The training was made more effective by the participation of almost all the employees of Arpatech who were actively involved in cross-functional discussions over the different aspects of ITIL framework with regards to the processes within Arpatech.
Such discussions proved beneficial for every department as the models studied in the training pointed out very directly the pros and cons within the processes of the different departments of Arpatech and gave a chance to all the teams to reflect back on the work flows being followed and strive to bring continuous improvement in them.
Other trainings are planned for the coming months and hopefully they will prove to be more successful than ever!
