| Education Fund and Support |
We at ARPATECH are aware of the importance of education, and being mindful about exorbitant education expenses provide financial support for our Support Staff's children. We strongly feel about equipping our future generations with an everlasting asset that we can give them today - that is - Education.
For Support Staff with families ARPATECH offers the following two programs:
Support Staff Children School Fee Program:
Education is a primary concern of Arpatech, whether that is in the form of hiring the best education and enlightened candidates or in the form of contributing back to the society by enabling our Support Staff to send their children to schools. Arpatech finances the full-tuition for children of Support Staff throughout their Primary and Secondary education years on monthly basis.
Support Staff Children Bi-Yearly Scholarship Program:
Another part of the Education fund is the Bi Monthly Scholarship Program, where every six months our permanent Support Staff get a stipend for the education related expenses of their children, for example the expenses of school bags, uniform, shoes, books etc. The amount is calculated by approximating the market price of these commodities and their usage-life and is paid to full time students from Pre-Primary till the completion of their Bachelor Degree.
