To further this ARPATECH provides training and education reimbursement to all employees for courses and certifications in areas related to their job responsibilities. Each employee has the ability to utilize an education/training fund up to a certain limit in value per year.
Employees are requested to communicate their intentions regarding education to their managers who can help them process these requests and provide guidance in terms of which courses would best suit their long term career development.
