"I have been working at Arpatech for more than 3 years now and the experience has been tremendous. This is the place where you are given a sense of ownership the moment you enter and you are left to spread your wings; learn and prosper along with the company itself. There are always hurdles involved on the way to success and this is where the supportive environment of any company matters. Being a woman, I have faced challenges on personal and professional levels but once I got here, I got a chance to explore another world, where women were equally empowered as men and where opportunities were given to the most capable person irrespective of gender.
