| Work Environment |
| ARPATECH's culture is about excellence. Excellence in the quality of our products and services. We take no short cuts. In this drive to quality companies are often tempted to take short cuts or develop an environment that is unhealthy. At ARPATECH that is the challenge we face on a daily basis since neither of these options is tenable. Through our challenges we strive to develop a healthy, competitive and par-excellence environment that is fiercely driven to performance. Employees often go through a rigorous hiring process that can sometimes take days even weeks. On a monthly basis ARPATECH receives hundreds of resumes from various applicants. Our ability to process these resumes in a timely fashion, where over 96% percent of all applicant resumes are not furthered through to the HR hiring process, is a struggle. Once through to the hiring process the applicant can often find themselves undertake 3 separate interviews, which include an HR, Peer panel, and management interviews. This is followed or sometimes preceded with a technical and logic exam. Though challenging, once within ARPATECH you are provided with an incredibly supportive environment of peers and management. | International Exposure |
| Our human resources and our clients are among our most valuable assets. Every employee represents ARPATECH to our clients, customers and the general public. Clients judge us by how they are treated with each employee contact and ARPATECH enables its employees to pro-actively work with our international clientele’. This enables ARPATECH employees to interface with individuals, resources, processes that require a strong adherence to International practices in terms of quality and level of service. Such an experience is essential in career and employee development. Most if not all of ARPATECH customers are global entities, providing us with an enriching experience. |

| Travel |
| Since all of our clients are global in nature we sometimes find the need to interface with them directly. Often our clients will visit one of our locations and in some instances we are required to travel to them. In those cases our employees can find themselves traveling outside of their country providing them with an enriching experience. ARPATECH is also planning on developing a structured program allowing our employees to work for a limited period outside of their native country thereby gaining an important international experience. |
