Over the past decade, Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital & Research Centre has established itself as a centre of excellence providing comprehensive care free of cost to thousands of indigent cancer patients. This pioneering, state-of-the-art hospital located in the heart of the Punjab was founded by Imran Khan, one of Pakistan's most illustrious cricketers. As a charitable institute, it is funded predominantly from the donations of friends and well-wishers from around the country and across the world.
   
 
 
 
Namal College is the first phase of this development and will provide subsidized technical training, initially, in the under-developed areas of Mianwali, Chakwal, Bhakkar and Attock. The College will gradually expand to fulfil most of the needs of the area and progress further towards achieving its aim of becoming a world-class University.
   
 
 
 
   
 
 
 
Edhi Foundation is the largest and most organized social welfare system in Pakistan. Foundation works round the clock, without any discrimination on the basis of color, race, language, religion or polictics. The Foundation modifies the phrase "Live and let live" to "Live and help live".
   
 
 
 
The Indus Hospital is a state of the art tertiary care center accessible to the public free of charge. A team of local and expatriate professionals provide specialized medical care with an emphasis on innovation and research. The tertiary care facilities at the Hospital are complemented by community outreach programs focused on prevention and early detection of disease, encouraging community involvement and ownership.
   
 
 
 
TCF is a professionally managed, non-profit organization set up in 1995 by a group of citizens concerned with the dismal state of education in Pakistan. It is now one of Pakistan’s leading organizations in the field of formal education. To date, TCF has established 455 purpose-built schools nationwide with an enrollment of about 55,000 students. TCF encourages gender diversity by ensuring 50% female enrollment and a full female faculty over 3,000 strong. TCF also has a dedicated Teacher Training Center in Karachi for the ongoing training of its faculty and provides logistical support to all its teachers. Over 4,500 jobs have been created in communities in which TCF operates.
