Primary Job Functions:
- Provide technical support for AWS and Azure cloud environments, including but not limited to, compute, storage, networking, and security services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure, applications, and software.
- Monitor cloud environments to ensure performance, availability, and security.
- Assist with the implementation, migration, and management of cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate cloud services into applications and software.
- Develop and maintain documentation for cloud architectures, procedures, and best practices.
- Conduct cloud readiness assessments and provide recommendations for optimization and improvement.
Skill Required:
Education: Bachelors in Computer Science
- 3-5 years of experience in cloud computing, with a strong emphasis on AWS and Azure.
- Proficiency in cloud services related to compute, storage, networking, and security.
- Experience with cloud migration, deployment, and management practices.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with cloud automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
- Understanding of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD, Jenkins, Git).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
