Primary Job Functions:
- Respond to escalated customer service issues using email, phone, and web conference technology
- Able to write effective handoff from shift-to-shift for cloud support issues
- Provide expertise in one or many of the following cloud and virtualization products: VMware, AWS, Azure, Office 365, M365
- Responsible for managing the teams and train them.
- Responsible for general health and maintenance of cloud service offerings
- Contribute to new products and feature enhancements and documentation
- Produce written designs and documentation regarding proposed or actual cloud deployments
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines
Requirements :
Education: Bachelors or Masters in computer-related Sciences (Computer Science, Telecom etc.)
- Able to work in shift timing.
- Knowledge of Cloud engineering & its impact on greater business practices.
- Lead & develop best practices for Cloud Engineering Team.
- Onboarding and automation of new and current tools for work management.
- Reviews incident responses and prepares mitigation strategies.
- Project management, KPI monitoring & QA/Audit.
- Proficient in using different Reporting & Ticketing tools.
- Certifications on different platforms; O365, Azure, AWS, Goggle Cloud etc. is mandatory
