Primary Functions:
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Work on user management, stock traceability, licensing, invoicing and credit canceling cases.
- Manage any change/issues related to credit claim or any other issues related to customer/clients.
- Provide System Usability Trainings to internal stakeholders.
Requirements :
Education: Graduation
Skills Required:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience as a CSR.
- An expert in delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Must be impeccably organized and able to juggle multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
- Shift timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
