Role Overview
We are seeking an Account Executive – Europe to grow Arpatech’s footprint across key European markets. This role suits someone who excels at relationship-based, consultative selling and is comfortable navigating longer sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities
- Run discovery calls with EU-based prospects and decision-makers
- Qualify opportunities based on budget, authority, need, and timeline
- Position Arpatech’s software, AI automation, cloud, and cybersecurity offerings
- Own deal progression from first meeting through contract signing
- Coordinate with presales for solution design and technical discussions
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting in CRM
- Work EU business hours and engage with prospects professionally
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7 years of B2B sales experience selling to UK and EU markets
- Strong background in IT services, software services, or consulting sales
- Excellent spoken English and executive-level communication
- Proven ability to run structured discovery and value-based conversations
- Comfortable selling deals ranging from SMB to mid-market and enterprise customers
- High level of professionalism and accountability
- Willingness to work EU time zones
- Experience handling objections, pricing discussions, and negotiations
- Confidence in client-facing calls without heavy scripts
