Role & Responsibilities:
- Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative.
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department.
- Set, monitor and report on team goals and KPIs.
- Design branding, positioning and go-to-market strategies.
- Ensure brand message is strong and consistent across all channels through appropriate marketing efforts (like organizing and participating in events, email campaigns, overseeing traffic through web pages, social media messaging and developing promotional collaterals for sales and marketing).
- Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas.
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments.
- Monitor competition (acquisitions and new products and features).
- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness and presence
- Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives.
- Developing and managing offline and online advertising campaigns.
- Supporting sales and lead generation efforts.
- Maintains relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer- relations programs; determining company presence at conventions, annual meetings, trade associations, and seminars.
- To manage the Digital Platforms, Have a strong understanding of digital tools in the area of PPC, SEO, SMM, brand auditing process, etc
- Managing marketing calendars for online and offline events.
- Managing the stakeholders effectively for business optimization.
- To coach and develop the team in the light of current practices and tools.
Required Skills & Qualification:
- Having at least 7 years plus hands on experience in all functional areas of Marketing.
- Bachelors or Masters in Marketing (Any Certification in Digital Marketing will be preferred).
- Knowledge of performance marketing including success metrics, behavioral and demographic targeting and ROI-driven optimization techniques, spanning marketing and sales.
- This role requires strong analytical skills with the ability to make rapid decisions grounded in data and metrics
- Work experience as Manager / Senior Manager preferably within IT/Sevice Based industry
- Experience running successful marketing campaigns
- Having IRL experience is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of web analytics, Google Adwords, FB Ads, SEO SEMRush, etc.
- Experience with CRM software
- Managing a team with the ability to set and prioritize goals
- Understanding of marketing tools, it’s usage and optimization of budget.
- Good communication skills to handle team and stakeholders
