Primary Job Functions:

• Provide technical support for AWS and Azure cloud environments, including but not limited to, compute, storage, networking, and security services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure, applications, and software.
• Monitor cloud environments to ensure performance, availability, and security.
• Assist with the implementation, migration, and management of cloud solutions.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate cloud services into applications and software.
• Develop and maintain documentation for cloud architectures, procedures, and best practices.
• Conduct cloud readiness assessments and provide recommendations for optimization and improvement.

Skill Required:

Education: Bachelors in Computer Science

• 3-5 years of experience in cloud computing, with a strong emphasis on AWS and Azure.
• Proficiency in cloud services related to compute, storage, networking, and security.
• Experience with cloud migration, deployment, and management practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with cloud automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
• Understanding of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD, Jenkins, Git).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
