Lead-Cloud Support Engineer

Primary Job Functions:

  • Respond to escalated customer service issues using email, phone, and web conference technology
  •  Able to write effective handoff from shift-to-shift for cloud support issues
  • Provide expertise in one or many of the following cloud and virtualization products: VMware, AWS, Azure, Office 365, M365
  • Responsible for managing the teams and train them.
  • Responsible for general health and maintenance of cloud service offerings
  • Contribute to new products and feature enhancements and documentation
  •  Produce written designs and documentation regarding proposed or actual cloud deployments
  •  Delegate tasks and set deadlines

Requirements :

Education: Bachelors or Masters in computer-related Sciences (Computer Science, Telecom etc.)

  • Able to work in shift timing.
  • Knowledge of Cloud engineering & its impact on greater business practices.
  • Lead & develop best practices for Cloud Engineering Team.
  • Onboarding and automation of new and current tools for work management.
  • Reviews incident responses and prepares mitigation strategies.
  • Project management, KPI monitoring & QA/Audit.
  • Proficient in using different Reporting & Ticketing tools.
  • Certifications on different platforms; O365, Azure, AWS, Goggle Cloud etc. is mandatory
