Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Account Executive to own and grow our APAC business. This role is ideal for someone who understands consultative B2B services sales, can run discovery independently, and close deals with minimal handholding. You will manage the full sales cycle – from qualified opportunity to close – while working closely with our presales and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle for APAC accounts (discovery, proposal, close)
- Conduct consultative discovery calls to understand business and technical needs
- Sell software development, cloud services, AI automation, cybersecurity and managed services
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline with accurate forecasting
- Collaborate with presales for solutioning and technical validation
- Maintain strong CRM discipline (HubSpot or similar)
- Represent Arpatech professionally in client meetings and demos
What We’re Looking For
- 5-7 years of B2B sales experience in IT services / software services
- Experience selling AI, automation, cloud, or cybersecurity services
- Proven experience closing mid-market deals
- Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Experience selling into APAC markets (SEA, AU, SG is a plus)
- Comfortable discussing technical solutions at a high level
- Self-starter with strong ownership mindset
- Existing network in APAC tech or startup ecosystem
