AI Engineer (Copilot)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled AI Developer/Engineer experienced with Copilot to design, build, and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance business processes and customer experiences. The role involves working with cutting-edge AI models, integrating them into applications, and fine-tuning systems to ensure optimal performance. The ideal candidate will have expertise in machine learning, natural language processing, and generative AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, build, and deploy machine learning models aligned with business requirements.
2. Integrate AI solutions into existing applications using APIs and SDKs.
3. Optimize and fine-tune pre-trained generative AI models (e.g., GPT) for specific use cases.
4. Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets for model training and evaluation.
5. Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines to support AI workflows.
6. Monitor model performance and retrain models to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement AI-driven opportunities.
8. Prototype AI solutions and present capabilities to stakeholders.
9. Stay up to date with the latest AI trends, tools, and best practices.
10. Proactively monitor deployed AI systems and resolve performance or reliability issues.
11. Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, and reliable.
12. Document model architectures, development processes, and deployment strategies.
13. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical AI standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
2. Proven experience developing and deploying AI/ML models in production environments.
3. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
4. Strong knowledge of AI frameworks and libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
5. Hands-on experience with NLP, computer vision, or generative AI solutions.
6. Familiarity with cloud AI platforms such as Azure AI, AWS AI/ML, or Google Cloud AI.
7. Experience deploying AI models using RESTful APIs and microservices.
8. Working knowledge of database technologies (SQL/NoSQL) and data visualization tools.
9. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
10. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft AI-900 – AI Fundamentals) are a plus.
