Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients, and develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
- Position Arpatech as the preferred partner for our range of IT Helpdesk, Cloud Services, and Software Solutions via call/email outreach
- Generate leads, pitch company offerings, and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Client Management: Ensure exceptional client satisfaction by understanding their requirements and facilitating effective communication between clients and the development team
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and quotations to clients, showcasing our expertise and value
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to provide valuable insights to the company
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role
- Knowledge of web development, applications, and software technology
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset
- Comfortable with high-volume calling and email outreach daily.
