Business Development Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients, and develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
  • Position Arpatech as the preferred partner for our range of IT Helpdesk, Cloud Services, and Software Solutions via call/email outreach
  • Generate leads, pitch company offerings, and close deals to achieve sales targets
  • Client Management: Ensure exceptional client satisfaction by understanding their requirements and facilitating effective communication between clients and the development team
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals and quotations to clients, showcasing our expertise and value
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to provide valuable insights to the company

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role
  • Knowledge of web development, applications, and software technology
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable with high-volume calling and email outreach daily.
